Technical?trouble?shooting?on?customer?site?and?improve?customer?technical?service?satisfaction
Interface?between?BASF?and?Internal?technical?team,?ensure?direct?flow?of?communication?to?TPM/TSM?and?TC?regarding?all?project?related?activities
Coordinate?with?customer?on?new?investment?projects,?VA/VE?project?and?quality?improvement?project
Main?Tasks
Support?customer?new?color?launching?for?new?models?and?new?invested?line,?including?color?approval?and?product?development,?line?trials,?and?coordinate?lab?tests,?formulation?modification?with?TC
Follow?up?customer?technical?projects?(VA/VE?and?quality?improvement),?regularly?report?project?status,?customer?requirement?and?timetable
Interface?between?BASF?and?Internal?technical?team,?ensure?direct?flow?of?communication?to?TPM/TSM?and?TC?regarding?all?project?related?activities
Regular?customer?site?visit?for?technical?information?exchanging?and?updating
Provide?technical?training?to?customer?staff?and?our?technical?service?staff?on?line

Minimum?Education?and?Qualification?Required?for?the?Position
Education:?Bachelor?or?above?in?chemical?related
Working?Experience:?7+?years’?experience?in?Automotive?Coatings?industry
Technical?&?Professional?Knowledge:?knowledge?in?coatings?and?technical?service,?basic?English?level;?basic?MS?skills
